Since its launch in 2010, MainOne has developed a reputation for providing highly reliable services to major telecom operators, ISPs, government agencies, small to large enterprises, and educational institutions in West Africa. Backed by its high capacity, open access, 10 Tbps fibre optic cable.
Since MainOne’s commercial launch in July 2010, the company has quickly gained the reputation of being the most reliable and the first choice for carrier traffic for majority of Nigerian and Ghanaian based telecom Operators and ISPs. Its launch also crashed wholesale bandwidth prices by up to 80% in Nigeria. MainOne owns a data center subsidiary, MDXi, which builds and operates Tier III data centers across West Africa.
