Mr. Souleymane Keita sits on the Board as a representative of Harith Fund Managers, the duly appointed fund managers of the Pan African Infrastructure Development Fund, a leading infrastructure investor in Africa. Mr. Keita currently heads the Tunisian office of Harith, where he is responsible for originating and appraising infrastructure investments. He has led and participated in a range of private and PPP transactions in energy, transport and telecommunications fields across Africa; resulting in equity investments for the PAIDF of more than USD 100 million. He joined Harith in 2007 after a 5-year stint at the African Development Bank, where he was successively a Senior Investment Officer in the Infrastructure Finance Division, Senior Financial Analyst in the Public Infrastructure Department and a Senior Analyst in the Treasury Department. Before this he was an Investment Manager in charge of the development of new financial products at Dexia Public Finance. Souleymane’s prior experience includes Paribas Affaires Industrielles and Lazard Freres & Cie. Souleymane holds a Bsc. in Actuarial Mathematics from University of Montreal and is a graduate from ESSEC Business School in France.
